May others take photographs or video while you work?
Anyone is welcome to do this, but if you have us on location, why would anyone want to?
Its completely ok with us.
Will you provide black & white or sepia photographs?
Yes, and something even better. Sometimes a colorized black & white photograph is often more interesting than either color, black & white, or sepia. We can do just about anything youd like.
Wed be happy to share our expert opinion on how to best enhance and make the most of each and every one of your photographs.
Will we be able to view online proofs?
We will provide you a website of your images, to remain online for at least six months after the event. Selecting photographs will be convenient, and you may view them anywhere in the world.
What types of albums do you provide?
Generally, an ArtLeather or Renaissance album, your choice. If you desire another album, ask us.
Well help you choose exactly how each page should look, then make the photographs and assemble the album for you.
Who decides which photos will go into our album?
We can assemble your album without your help, but we prefer to work with you in a joint effort.
If you will be out of the area after the wedding day, we can work with you over the telephone and you may use your webpage as a guide.
How long after the wedding does it take to get our album?
Once we know the details of how your album is to be completed, it takes about three weeks to complete the work.
Will you give us a copy of every photograph taken?
Probably not, but there are normally very few photographs our clients do not receive.
Generally, the only images that we dont show our clients have the dreaded half-blink. Thats when you blinked at the moment we took the photo, and you appear half awake at best. Nobody looks good like that, so well discard that photo.
Can you retouch our photographs?
Do you have a blemish or tattoo to hide? Perhaps youd like to look a little thinner than the reality. We can do virtually anything within reason.
Would you prefer truth and honesty in your photographs? Thats fine, too. If not, we are prepared to digitally edit every photograph, if necessary.
Can you simulate an oil painting or watercolor?
Certainly. We can convert your photographs to oil painting simulations, printed on genuine canvas. We use a computer to artistically edit and add simulated brush strokes to the image. The finished product is nearly indistinguishable from an actual oil painting, the main difference being the absence of lumps of paint.
We can convert your photographs to a watercolor simulations that we print onto watercolor paper, and is virtually indistinguishable from an actual hand-painted watercolor.
Either technique will provide you with a remarkable heirloom.
Do you use lights when you video?
No. Our video cameras are very sensitive and we can record in almost complete darkness if necessary.
How many cameras do you use to video?
We normally use four cameras for the ceremony, occasionally switching views using gentle scene transitions. Our cameras record the faces of the bride and groom from the best angles, the ceremony and closest guests from above and behind, and a highly skilled videographer has a fourth camera and records the ceremony from virtually any position, provided that the bride, groom, and officiant are in agreement.
Our website http://3Dweddings.com will help you understand more.
If the reception is in another location, we might briefly record it with one camera until the other cameras and microphones can be setup.
How is the sound quality of your videos?
Our videos have superb sound quality, and heres why:
We continuously, digitally record during the entire duration of the ceremony, to ensure we miss nothing. Individuals are recorded with tiny, lapel microphones. We record ambient sound with other, specialized microphones, and if desired, we may even connect directly to your churchs sound system. Afterwards, we remix the individual channels of audio in post-production, perfectly balancing the levels of voice, music, and other sound. Finally, we create your DVD with super-realistic 5.1 channel Dolby Digital surround sound.
Close your eyes, and youre back at the ceremony once again!
Who will actually shoot my wedding?
Before you enter into a contract with Amour Eternal, you will know at least one photographer and/or at least one videographer you are booking for your event, and we do not switch artists.
If an emergency will arises, we have highly qualified and enthusiastic artists to cover the event, but thats only if there is no way the artist you contracted for can do the work.
Thats just not something that happens with our company.
How do I reserve Amour Eternal for my wedding?
We require a signed contract and a 50%, non-refundable deposit. The balance will be due no later than two weeks before the event.
Out of fairness to everyone, we do not pencil in anyone without a contract and a deposit.
